On 3rd and 4th of April 2016 at Studio Emad Eddin

Roger Bernat believes that the theater is the place to rethink the community. Perhaps this is why, in recent times, the theater has become an essential tool for imagining new ways of being with the others. Politicians, architects or journalists, of very different tendencies, are inspired by theater techniques to find new ways to get people to mobilize. Participation has become a way of emancipation and at the same time, the best way to affect public opinion. In this workshop in Cairo, Bernat demonstrated the meaning of collective dramatization, allowing participants to face the virtues and paradoxes of being part of a group.
