How to Write a Monologue and Put it on Stage Workshop

Workshop – from 19^th – 31^st of October 2015 at Studio Emad Eddin.

Performance – on 5^th of November 2015 at Falaki Theater

This 6-day workshop on creative writing for theater scripts was divided into 3 stages:

• First Stage: Learning how to write and create a short monologue, or a scene for two persons, under a common idea i.e. the death of Arabs at the Mediterranean Sea (Includes group and individual work)

• Second Stage: Learning how to apply the short monologues and scenes on stage, in order to create a 35-minute performance.

• Third Stage: Presenting the work for one day in a theater or cultural alternative space in Cairo
