Dressing Room: Embodied Stories of Women Over Fifty *

This workshop is designed specifically for women over fifty and delves into the core themes explored in the Dressing Room performance: the relationship between the female body and its evolution over time. We’ll collectively explore how our bodies change and how we navigate these changes during times of crisis and transition. We’ll discuss topics such as menopause, ageing, family and explore popular plant-based recipes passed down through generations of women.

The Dressing Room performance brings together women from diverse backgrounds and aims to approach these themes from a cross-cultural perspective. Through interactive theatre exercises, participants will have the opportunity to explore their own experiences, share knowledge, and engage in collaborative storytelling. This workshop is open to all women over 50, regardless of their prior theatre experience.
