In this workshop, we’ll take a brief look at the fundamentals of improvisation to understand and apply the core tools that help create smooth, connected scenes. We’ll also dive deeper into the idea that improvisation isn’t about who comes up with the most creative ideas—it’s about how we can inspire one another to generate stronger, more playful, and more collaborative choices.

While improv is often linked to comedy, we’ll explore how it’s truly about building something together and staying authentic in the moment, rather than chasing laughs or trying to be the center of attention. Our focus will be on taking risks, embracing failure, and discovering the strength in simply being average—all of which can make improvising feel more natural and effortless.
