As part of the (Supplementary Workshops) track of the “Premières II x 2B Continued” program, we present you a one-time workshop on Budgeting & Financial Management for Performance.
In this workshop, you will learn how to bridge the gap between creative vision and financial reality, building production budgets that ensure sustainability despite the challenges of the independent scene.
The workshop is led by Ahmed Nagy, who brings nearly 20 years of experience in financial management for artistic institutions (Orient Productions, D-CAF, and Studio Emad Eddin, amongst others).
This workshop is open to producers, cultural managers, and artists looking to develop their financial planning and production tools.
