This workshop was delivered in two parts, Acting Level 1 and Level 2. Both workshops focused on the fundamentals of a character’s physicality, tensions, as well as understanding and becoming more aware of our own. In tapping into a character’s physical form, participants began to understand the relative ease and unnecessary barriers that stand in the way of a character’s voice.
