Mentor of Lighting Design

Camille Mauplot is a French lighting designer working across theatre, dance, and contemporary performance. Based in Paris, he has collaborated with numerous artists and institutions across France and Europe. His work approaches lighting as a dramaturgical language that shapes space, emotion, and rhythm in dialogue with movement and scenography.

Within the Premières II program, Camille Mauplot mentors the lighting designers assigned to each production. His mentorship includes technical workshops as well as ongoing discussions about lighting concepts, cue development, and collaboration with directors and scenographers.
