“Sitting with the Self”

From 10^th to 25^th of September 2022 at Studio Emad Eddin.

Mortagal company, Ambassadors for Dialogue and Orient productions cooperates to present ” sitting with the self” workshop, a program in six sessions that integrates arts methodology with different dialogue methodologies. And the aim of the program is that the attendees go through four levels:

• which is visible to others: contains behavior, body, actions, and outward appearance
• the layer that follows the appearance of others: thoughts, feelings, attitudes, motives.
• the layer that is rarely shown to others: values, principles, and beliefs.
• then experiences, expertise, surrounding environment, upbringing and education.

The Ambassadors for Dialogue project supports the program by providing trainers, a training methodology, and tools only.
